REPORT ON MATHS ACTIVITY

CLASS X

CHAPTER 2- POLYNOMIAL

This report summarizes a hands-on activity conducted with Class X Mathematics students in the month of April, to explore the concept of parabolic shapes. The activity aimed to provide a practical learning experience and solidify their understanding of parabolas beyond theoretical definitions. Students actively participated in discussions and the activity itself.  Models were varied in complexity, but most demonstrated a good understanding of parabolic curves.

Presentations revealed a strong grasp of how parabolic shapes are used in real-world applications.

The activity successfully engaged students in learning about parabolas. The created models demonstrated their grasp of the shape’s properties and functionality. Presentations allowed students to showcase their understanding and creativity in applying the concept.

Overall, the activity proved to be a valuable learning experience for the students. The hands-on approach helped them visualize and internalize the concept of parabolas, fostering a deeper understanding of their applications in various fields.
