About

Ahlcon International School established in the year 2001 is a progressive, liberal,English medium, Senior Secondary, co-ed school with 2600 students and a staff strengthof 200.

The unique location of the school in East Delhi and its reputation as a vibrant centre of excellence make it the first choice of parents in the trans-Yamuna area. The performance of the school in the last 16 years has been outstanding in all areas.

Mr. Bikramjit Ahluwalia heads the trust as its President, Dr. Rohini Ahluwalia as Chairperson heads the managing committee of the School and Mr Ashok Pandey is the school Principal. Ours is a Vision driven school, focusing on the development of complete personality of each child, through imbibing values, capacity building, extensive use of technology and providing an excellent learning environment.

Annual Features:

  • Ahlcon International School organised a forum for Forum on preparing our schools for the future on 23rd July, 2019.
  • Ahlcon International School organised a Three-Day 2nd International Integrated GCED Workshop for Educators 2019 from 11th July-13th July 2019.
  • Ahlcon International School organised its glorious Model United Nation Conference on 22nd and 23rd June 2019 in the school auditorium
  • Ahlcon International School has organised a “Three Day STEM Summer Camp” in association with STEM Academy of USA from 13th May to 15th May, 2019 for classes VII, VIII and IX in the school premises.
  • The school organised a session on the occasion of 5thInternational Yoga Day on 21st June 2019 in the school premises. The guests for the day were Ms. Anju (Yoga Trainer) and Ms. Akshita Aggarwal (dietitian).
  • The summer coaching programme, “KHELO INDIA – FIT INDIA” was held from 13th May, 2019 to 04 June, 2019.
  • German Language Scholarship Awarded to Kritkeerat Kaur and Kshemya Jain (class x) for being school topper of internationally recognized German Exam FIT II.

  • On 24th Feb’19, 48 Ahlconites along with 4 teachers participated in Half Marathon at Nehru stadium. It was organised by IDBI Run for Care
  • Anika Kapur, Class XI D attended the sessions of 6th National Student Parliament which was held on 18th and 19th January 2019 in Nagpur. In one of the sessions, she presented her views on the topic “Reinventing Zero: Zero Poverty, Zero Corruption, Zero Terrorism”.
  • The photograph clicked by Ripunjay Kumawat, Class X has been published in the Blue Marble American Magazine for which he has received a cash prize of $28, 2019.
  • 17 students took part in the PASCH Project “Happiness” (2018-19).
  • Ahlcon International School organized a TEDx event, titled ‘TEDxAhlconIntlSchool Oct 2018.
  • Agamjot Singh, student of class VI scored 96% in “Digital Citizenship & Cyber Wellness Olympiad”2017-18
  • Our students are encouraged to participate in Inter School, Zonal / State / National / International competitions. They have enthusiastically participated and brought home prizes in activities like music, dance, debate, elocution, public speaking, filmmaking, dramatics, etc.
  • Visnu Shivaraj Pandian of IX D secured 2 nd position in National Selection Trials, 2nd position in SGFI 64 th National School Shooting Competitions, 2nd position in positon62nd National Shooting Championship Competitions and 3 rd position in CBSE National Inter-School Sports and Games Competitions 2018.
  • 02 students got selected in Khelo India Youth Games 2018.
  • Neerav Kumar VIII B secured 02 medals and 04 students participated in the 45th Junior National aquatic championship 2018.
  • Navya Nehal of VII has qualified for Table Tennis School Nationals 2018.
  • 18 Students represented school in the Junior National Squash Competition 2018.
  • Over 100 students represented school in the Zonal Basketball, Table tennis and Lawn Tennis competitions and bagged 06 wining trophies 2018.
  • On 5th February 2018, Ahlcon International School organised a national conference on "Enduring Value Education in a technologically driven 21st century”.
  • Interschool fest ‘Enlightening Ourselves’, Vasantotsava, Annual Day, Sports Day and Exhibitions are organised to bring out the creative and latent talents of our students. In the past, we have produced many quality stage shows

Scope of Education

We impart education to the K-12 group. Academic, co- curricular activities and sports are designed to meet overall educational goals. We have integrated international dimension in our curriculum successfully. Stress is laid on presentation skills, research, reviews, project work, off-campus studies. Science, Maths, Computer and Language laboratories and libraries are equipped with high-quality materials, instruments and infrastructure. Campus adheres to green practices. Students and teachers are encouraged to save energy and keep the campus clean and green. Our academic results of Class X/XII have been excellent and qualitatively improving over the years. Our graduates have taken admission in some of the best colleges and Universities in India and Abroad.

National & International Programmes:

  • Ms Anima Jain and Ms Karishma Kashyap along with 17 students visited Cologne, Germany from 13th June-25th June, 2019.
  • Ms. Neelam Gupta along with 12 students visited to France - Belgium - Switzerland – Germany for an Educational Purpose from 23rd May to 1st June 2019.
  • Ms Mohita visited Singapore as an education trip in Oct 2018.
  • Ms. Karuna Gupta Visited Australia, University of Melbourne from 15th August 2018 to 21st August 2018 to participate in the School Counsellors’ program
  • Sixteen students of our school and two teachers visited Køge Gymnasium,Denmark in May ‘2018 under the Indo- Danish Exchange Program.
  • Mr. Puneet Duggal, Ms.Dimple Puri, Ms. Neelam Gupta, and Ms. Nidhi Sharma visited NASA, USA for Educational Trip from 21st May – 1st June 2018.
  • Ms. Shivali Chaudhry Gupta visited Indonesian for German Youth Camp from 15th Jan - 20th Jan 2018.
  • Ms. Sunanda S Kumar went to University of Montane for a research programme as a SUSI (study of United States Institute) along with 19 participants from 2nd June 2018 till 7th July 2018.

Students Achievement at International Level:

  • Five German Learner of class IX attended PASCH Youth camp in NEPAL from 16th -22th June, 2019 organized by GOETHE INSTITUT Max Mueller Bhavan,New Delhi.
  • Ms. Kyati Chauhan represented school as the spokesperson at UNICEF, She also represented united nation general assembly in New York on the occasion of Worlds Children day.
  • Parithi Puri represented Ahlcon at UNICEF. She presented her research module at melting Pot 2020 in Hyderabad. She is working as a part of the editorial board for Trouville journal. She is also an ambassador for United Nations Information Centre for India and Bhutan climate change initiative.
  • Ayush Chopra was invited as the Indian youth representative-invitee at the 14th Youth for Human Rights International (YHRI) Summit staged from August 24- 26, 2017 at the UN headquarters. He did Skype session on Peace and Justice with Grade 5 Students of Bishop School in Jordon. He has also formed a Twitter community @SDGsForChildren.
